Report reproducible software defects through the DROPPS issue tracker. Scientific or project-specific questions can be directed to ymtang@fudan.edu.cn.

Before opening an issue

Include:

• dps --version and python --version;

• the OpenMM version and selected compute platform;

• the complete command and error text;

• DROPPS_DEBUG=1 traceback when relevant;

• a minimal, non-sensitive input that reproduces the problem; and

• whether the problem persists in a clean environment.

Do not upload confidential or restricted research data. Replace it with a small synthetic reproducer whenever possible.
